My definition of wellbeing is having a healthy mind and body. As a Colon Irrigation and Massage Therapist I have helped hundreds of clients reach their goal of a healthier more vibrant body. However, developing and improving the mind and spirit is as equally important.
Over the last 5 years I have been actively involved with many charities and not for profit organisations which have empowered me to be a more loving and giving individual to both my family and clients. I would like to share this knowledge and give you the opportunity to participate.

 Each year I participate in The Israel Ride an initiative held by Arava Institute and Hazon. This is five-day bike ride from Jerusalem to Eilat which fuses an athletic journey with environmental awareness and regional cooperation. An initiative of the Arava Institute and Hazon, The Israel Ride gives riders the opportunity to engage with nature as they learn about the historical and geographical significance of the regions in southern Israel they ride through. The Ride also promotes environmental awareness and sustainable living by incorporating green habits throughout the ride, such as zero waste, and using only recyclable materials along the way.

Study at Arava
The Arava Instiute offers a broad range of courses on environmental science, social analysis, and policy. In this comprehensive view of environmental studies, a student's coursework might involve setting field traps for gerbils in the desert, developing skills for mediation, studying international politics, and analysing the effect of natural resource exploitation on less powerful groups in society.

Australian Transplant Donor
In July 2007 at the age of 58, I donated a kidney to my son. This was his third kidney transplant and so far has been his most successful one. The decision to have the operation was one of the best things I ever did in my life. My son is happy and healthy and can look forward to his future and a whole new life.

Laughter Yoga combines Unconditional Laughter with Yogic Breathing (Pranayama). Anyone can Laugh for No Reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group; with eye contact and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious laughter.
Laughter Clubs Free for All
Laughter Yoga Clubs are Social Clubs, free for all. There is no membership fee, no forms to fill, and no fuss. These Clubs are run by volunteers trained as Laughter Yoga Teachers and Laughter Yoga Leaders. Laughter Clubs are non-political, non-religious and non-profit, and run directly by Laughter Clubs International in India, and Laughter Yoga International in the rest of the world. |
